I hope to use this space to ignite some thoughts in others who visit this site, whether it be existing, graduated, new or potential clients. The first question, I asked, and many people do ask is, “what is therapy”? Therapy is what you make it, and in combination of what the therapist brings into the room. What would make therapy beneficial for you? What do you hope to get out of therapy in the long run? These are some of the questions to be asked when engaging in your therapy journey. After you get past that part, the rest should be easy as you get into the consistency of the sessions and start to connect with your therapist!
