Elite Athletes and Adversity

The more I engage with sporting events, the more I hear about parents concerns for their athletes mental health. Most put their whole identity into sports, so when the season is not going how they expect, the atheltes day to day life becomes burdensome.

Some more reflective parents look for find ways to be more supportive of their athletes mental health and knowing how to respond to their athletes at home and off of the field of play.

Athletes themselves talk about their inability to perform how they want to or lock into the game/pratice how they know they should. They want to become elite like those that they see on TV but don’t know what it takes.

All of these situations and more, I aim to help with and have honed my practice to support. Know of anyone or any team
