Well there are a few things. As much as I wish people walked themselves in the door, social media will become a daily habit. Here I will provide daily nuggets of info or just thoughts on anything sports related. I also intend by posting more I will make a lot professional connections, so connect with me and lets chat!

Second, while I cannot express the details too much right now, I am currently involved in a huge project that will bridge many gaps for athletes in terms care before, during and after season. If you are someone who works with athletes in any way, shape or form, you will want to connect with me and shoot me a message so I can keep you in the loop with soon to come updates and announcements! You will not want miss out on this.

Third, I understand the cost of individual and family therapy type services can be a lot of money. I will be formulating some groups to not only cut the cost of getting support but reach more people in one sitting than normal.
